    Duties and responsibilities:

    1. Recruitment Process
      • Proceed the search through various channel upon receiving hiring confirmation.
      • Schedule interview and follow-up closely to offer the candidate.
    2. Employment, Orientation Process & HR Matters
      • Proceed the offer letter once confirmed the employment.
      • To obtain the employee’s personal details and key-in to system.

    Account Executive

    Reports to: Group Financial Controller

    Department: Finance Department

    Job Scope:

    • Statutory reporting and taxation
    • Bank reconciliation
    • Cash flow
    • Daily financial operations

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • To handle full set accounts, day to day financial operations and perform reconciliations independently under minimum supervision.
    • Ensure accounting records and systems complies with the company’s policies, approved accounting standards, related statutory and tax requirements.
    • Manage various aspect of month end closing activities, including ensure proper cut-off and timely reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
    • Responsible submission of GST return timely
    • Liaise with auditors and bankers when necessary.
    • Prepare monthly accounts and cash flows
    • Manage account receivable and payable
    • To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

    Business Development Senior Manager/ Assistant Manager

    Reports to: Business Development Manager

    Description:

    The primary role is to develop new opportunities relating to Turnkey PV System Services, O&M services and MV Station opportunities locally and in ASEAN region. In this capacity, this position will actively participate in the sales process, gathering relevant information and requirements from the client, communicating Company’s value proposition, selecting opportunities to be pursued based on Company’s strengths, coordinating with internal teams to develop the proposal and to present the proposal to the client.

    This position will also take a supporting role in contract negotiations. This position will perform new country evaluations to assess legal, regulatory, tax, technical, commercial and other country specific risks as well as PV market growth potential and the competitive landscape. This position will make recommendations on which countries to pursue based on this analysis. This position will collaborate with mid and senior level management, marketing, finance, and technical staff in carrying out his/her role.

    This position will be responsible to develop the pipeline of new business within his/her region together with this position. Requires a thorough knowledge of the EPC and O&M market, solar project financing and the solutions/services Company can provide.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • To assist in conducting research and country market analysis, including risk, opportunities, competitive landscape and regulatory requirements, that generates new business ideas and development of business strategy
    • Assist Business Development Manager/ Senior Executive to assess Company’s ability to compete within each country based on Company’s value proposition.
    • Identify business opportunities and potential clients, negotiates and closes business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of market conditions.
    • Develop relationships with developers, IPPs, EPCs and service providers within the region.
    • Originate and develop PV system solution opportunities for Turnkey Systems, O&M and MV Station services based on Company’s value proposition.
    • Build a pipeline of opportunities within target countries.
    • Work closely with potential clients to obtain detailed commercial and technical information to develop a viable techno-commercial proposal.
    • Present sales proposals to client and negotiate potential business deals
    • Support contract negotiation with client alongside senior management, finance and legal teams
    • Understand government and quasi-government departments, programs, and processes pertaining to the solar industry
    • Perform due diligence and feasibility study on new clients/partners and projects with assistance from internal departments.
    • Provide financial modelling support and guidance to potential clients.
    • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information to Business Development Manager/ Senior Executive on market and creative trends.
    • Provide feedback to Business Development Manager/ Senior Executive on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
    • Provide support for the execution on key business initiatives as outlined in the yearly company business plan.
    • To coordinate between different departments internally and communicate with external parties for project tendering.
    • Any other related duties connected with the Company’s business.
    • To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advance Higher, or Degree in any field.
    • Possess good communication skills (written and spoken) in English
    • At least 2-3 years working experience in the related field. Experience in solar industry/ projects/ engineering company an added advantage.

    Sales Admin Executive

    Reports to: Head of Sales

    Department: Sales Department

    Sales administrators provide essential support for the sales team, and if you draw energy from being part of a team, it might be a good job for you. Sales administrators are responsible for the efficient handling of sales orders, and they help to improve the productivity of field sales representatives by dealing with customer queries and fielding calls. This important position contributes to the quality of customer service and the achievement of sales targets.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Administrators process sale orders that reach the company by telephone, letter, e-mail or website.
    • They also process orders generated by sales representatives or telesales staff.
    • They contact customers to resolve any queries or obtain any information that is missing. Solve little problems before they become bigger disappointments for customers.
    • Sales administrators record details of the order in the process system
    • process documents for authority submission
    • Forward the order to the project department, follow up for confirmation of project handover and keeping a good record of the project till full closure.
    • Check that the contract details are correct and update records with any changes.
    • Before they release the order to project, they might have to check the customer’s payment or credit status or obtain authorization from the Head of Sales.

    • Sales administrators maintain records of sales and compare them with targets to help Head of Sales and representatives monitor the team’s progress.

    • Regularly update and maintain company CRM (Salesforce) with leads, funnel, and opportunity information.
    • Execute special assignments, as required, including support of business planning, sales & marketing plans, trade show participation.
    • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction through direct contact with, customer service, technical service, engineering and other departments as appropriate.
    • Hands-on project management from securing order, project execution to after-sales service
