Delivery Policy
Shipping Policy
Scope of application: all orders are ordered from LUSAC’s sales channels. Specifically:
- Ho Chi Minh City area (Including: Inner Ho Chi Minh City: District 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12, Tan Binh, Binh Thanh, Thu Duc, Binh Tan, Phu Nhuan, Go Vap and Suburban: Hoc Mon District, Cu Chi District, Nha Be District, Binh Chanh District, Can Gio District): The order is delivered to the location provided by the customer and completed installation.
- Other regions across the country (except for mountainous and island regions): 2 delivery methods are applied:
- Form 1: LUSAC will deliver to the warehouse of the intermediary transporters in the area of Ho Chi Minh City as specified by customers such as bus station, transportation garage, train station, station air cargo, courier unit.
- Form 2: LUSAC delivery by Viettel Post service or through the 3rd transporter to take place to customers at the address provided by the customer.
- DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery policy is applied during business hours (8:00 – 17:00) from Monday to Saturday (except holidays)
+ Orders delivered in Ho Chi Minh City:
For products available in stock:
Customers who order from 8:00 to 17:00 will be delivered in 02 working days.
Customers who order after 17:00: delivered in 03 working days.
For products to be ordered: delivered within 07-10 working days from the date the customer confirmed the order and made a deposit.
+ Orders delivered to other regions across the country (except mountainous and island areas): delivered within 7-10 working days.
Special delivery policy:
- Delivery on Sunday (8:00 – 17:00)
- Delivery outside office hours (17h00-21h00)
- Delivery by the hour specified by the customer.
Delivery policy can be suitably changed depending on order status, force majeure situations. At that time, LUSAC will inform the customer specific delivery policy.
- DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION FEE
- Delivery and installation charges include transportation and installation labor (if applicable and include VAT) in standard delivery terms excluding surcharges.
- Surcharges such as: storage, delivery to an unfavorable location such as upstairs / high floors with no or no lift; the area where the use of assistive equipment is required to lift the product; no download area… will be notified to the Customer if any arising.
- Specific delivery and installation fees:
- Orders delivered in Ho Chi Minh City:
- Under the standard delivery policy: free shipping and installation.
- Subject to special delivery policy: Applicable to customers’ specified delivery time within working hours from Monday to Saturday. In other cases, in addition to this fee schedule, customers pay extra. Fee is 20% of the order value. Delivery fee is calculated according to the fee schedule:

Orders delivered in the suburbs of Ho Chi Minh City and other regions nationwide (except mountainous and island areas):
– Shipping fee to an intermediary carrier: free
– Shipping fee to the Customer’s address: LUSAC will notify the Customer of the shipping fee by Viettel Post’s delivery service or the 3rd shipping unit depending on each specific order.
– Installation fee: will be notified specifically to the Customer when LUSAC receives the order.
